Gyro and his party, perched atop a rather high building, scanned the bustling streets of the city. The mission had been so effective, and yet Gyro wasn't content. Truthfully, he hadn't wanted to have succeeded so quickly. He enjoyed finding and ending the pitiful lives of these humans. After glancing over the area once more, he turned to his suboordinates. Giku and Murray, two rather burly men, stood cross armed with their massive arms unobstructed by sleeves. The other, a frail looking girl by the name of Tiaga, was draped in a large robe with her sword hainging down by her left hip.

Gyro: There.

The Espada's followers turn their heads in the same direction as their master's.

Gyro: 'Seems our brothers are hungry. You know what it means when all those low levels gather in one spot.

Giku: Of course. Quality reiatsu.

The Arrancar disappeared for only a split second, then reappeared in the closest restaurant's restroom looking undeniably human, save for Gyro's ridiculous muscle build. From there, they left the washroom, having many bewildered and disapproving glares cast their way, though one might imagine that the loud and clumsy men, being lead on by a frail girl, would.

Gyro: It shouldn't be long now. Heh, sometimes I think it's just too easy.

Taking care to grab a dinner mint and ignore the waiter's requests for them to stop, the Arrancar slipped out the door and into the ever-flowing horde of people, and began their way to the park.

Personality: Lazy guy that would rather sleep than do any work what-so-ever but he is there when you need him the most and has a clam, soothing voice. He likes to assess the situation with different outcomes and picks the best one. He likes anything that challenges his mind. He hates doing work and the heat. Ryu can tell when people are lying. He never gives his squad a hard time but is fairly tough when it comes to punishments.

Zanpakuto Appearance - Typical katana with a circular guard and a spiral design. This for both Shikai and Bankai. The hilt and sheath are sky-blue.

Shikai Ability:
Activates and deactivates with ‘Warp’. It controls the five senses to the point that it can make the target misinterpret another person's form, shape, mass, feel and smell to be that of the enemy or they will see clones of me. The initiation condition for the hypnosis is to show the enemy the release of Genkakuhime. After seeing it just once, that person will completely succumb to the illusion. After that, every time it is released, that person will fall under the thrall of the illusion. When he turns off the illusion by force of will, the image shown warps away.

My zanpakuto doesn’t change shape but releases a phantom form of Genkakuhime

Bankai Ability:
Kiri Kiku “Mist of Fear” - I activate it telepathically. It releases a light blue mist from the blade. Anyone who inhales the mist activates the illusion. The illusion makes the person’s worst fear come alive. The illusion affects all senses and it does do damage. In some cases the fear will kill the target. Illusion only lasts 1 hour unless I release it by force of will.

Will there ever be a moment when one of the characters engages the arrancar? After all, that was the event fueling the mission. Just curious.

Yeah, I think right after they get through with the fight they might. I'm not sure who wants to write it though....

Well, I only ask because your characters have been there for little under a month and nothing has happened. I mean, I don't know where all the random hollows came from, but the reasoning for sending your characters was to find the arrancar, investigate the peculiar spiritual fluctuations, and ultimately engage them.

You don't need permission, silverain. Both you and K0V have had plenty of opportunities to write a fight-scene, but rely more heavily on dialogue. And though dialogue is amazing, it can be exhausted just like everything else. I'd really like for there to be more action, aiming for material with greater depth and breadth. I guess I just don't understand why neither you nor K0V have written a post encountering Zord's character. It just seems strange, that's all. This isn't intended to read aggressive or combative, I am just concerned.

We justed wanted to slowly introduce the characters to the fight. Because only Mikazuki has had experience in the human world. And we used the dialogue to illustrate that. This battle to have a souyl is just getting them into the battle with the arrancar. Don't worry we'll get to it soon enough.

The girl turned and sees one of the huge dark monsters lunge forward, throwing its mouth open as its razor sharp claws reach out to rip her apart. She cries out and lifts her hands up in front of her in an attempt to protect herself.

Ghost girl: “Please don’t hurt me!” she prays and squeezes her eyes shut with big tears streaming down her face onto the ground and waited for the strike that would take her life away. Suddenly she felt a pair of arms wrap around her from behind and starts pulling her quickly backwards. The tugging movements made the iron links protruding from her chest rattle.

Before the little girl could even form a thought the monster roars with fury that someone would dare take his snack from him. Confused and afraid, she peeked through trembling fingers and hesitantly looked over her shoulder to find a young woman stooping low trying to drag the girl to safety.

Hikaru: “You’re going to be all right.” She lifts her head and looks in the ghosts eyes calmly.

That instant the air above them rustles their hair and the girl was just in time to see a male figure leap over them and lash out a swift kick at the attacking monster square in the nose, triggering a loud bashing sound. The strong unexpected strike causes the beasts head to snap back, sending him soaring and smashing into his cohorts. They saw it slumped over yowling painfully in surprise. In retaliation, two more hollows came at them snarling and snapping. Out of her periphery two more people ran up and struck them over their masks, splitting them down the center. The hollows hit the ground and stayed down.

After landing skillfully on his feet a few feet in front of them the young man looks back.

Quidel: “Good job Lieutenant.”

Hikaru: She stood at once, gently urging the frightened soul to do the same.

Mikazuki: “We must be quick about this!”

The four fan out to create a border between the hollows and the ghost.

Hikaru: She looked into the sky as a pterodactyl like hollow circled above her and screeches menacingly, sizing her up. Her heart began to race when its massive wings turned and swooped down with its sharp talons raised forward ready to snatch her from the air like a little mouse. The lieutenant narrowed her eyes.

Hikaru: “Come on!” she challenged. The hollow roared in answer and dived faster. She rolled out of the way of the first attack and dodged the second, narrowly missing her side. But before she could jump back to her feet the hollow made a surprise pivot turn and struck her across the face with its tail knocking her back. A thin streak of red blood floated to the surface of her right cheek. She straightened up and touched the small cut with the tips of her fingers. “You’ll have to do better than that!”

She waited for it to make another pass, and this time she goes on the offensive and charges the winged beast. Twirling out of the way of the curved talons and ducking under the strong flapping wings before they could decapitate her, she darts to the get behind it and when it passed by she grabbed for the whipping tail and holds on tightly.

The hollow, not giving up the chance to have the aerial advantage, beats the air harder for lift. The wings gusts huge amounts of air into Hikaru, almost blasting her off, but she tightens her grip and never let go of the monster. Higher and higher they went and she was trailing behind it like a banner, the flying hollow thrashed and dived wildly trying to shake her off but she gritted her teeth and stayed on.

Until she was sure she wouldn’t fall she began to climb, slowly pulling herself onto the back of the beast and crawled up the spine. On either side the wings rises and falls rapidly blowing her hair around her. She lunged and caught one of them and twisted her hands viciously, snapping at the joint. The hollow jerked and a piercing squawk echoed off the trees.

Unable to fly properly anymore they start to spiral out of control. The lieutenant wasn’t done yet; she wrapped her legs around its neck and constricted, leaning over she could see the sunken in yellow orbs it had for eyes and took aim. She jabbed her fingers into the mask opening and plucked one out. The hollow wailed under her torturing assault as the oozing tennis ball sized organ was crushed inside her fist.

Still plummeting, Hikaru looked over the side and could see the tree line rushing towards them. With only seconds to spare she jumped off just before they crashed into the branches. She lands on her feet with a hard ‘plump!’ noise and immediately looks up into the tall trees. It was stuck with several thick branches and was cut up. It wings were torn and its head lolled to one side, a river of blood gushed from the empty socket. But it was still alive.

Hikaru: “What a bother.” she frowned slightly and rushed to the tree it was impaled in, bending her legs she pushed up and jumped to the closest branch and started climbing. When she got several feet up to the branch that was level with its head she spun and bashed her heel into the beak hollow mask it wore. It cracked and shattered easily and the hollow gave one last bellow before it disintegrated and vanished from existence

Quidel: Racing forward he slips underneath a massive swinging arm of the juggernaut and strikes the hollow rapidly in the ribs before dodging another huge punch. His gaze was focused on the opponent’s movements, trying to decipher what its next move would be while simultaneously looking for another opening. He kept his hands up at the ready in front of his face like a boxer would to block or strike the hollow if he needed.

The hollow attempted to pull another punch but Quidel quickly side stepped and grabbed its arm, twisted around and tossed him over his shoulder, landing with a boom. The captain then brought his foot down hard intending to crush the mask and end the fight early. But it growls low realizing this and reaches up with its long limb to wrap his hand around Quidel’s throat. He easily avoids this and steps back swiftly. What he didn’t expect was that the huge hollow could move as quickly as him as it swept its leg out and knocked his legs from under him.

Quidel lands flat on his back and sees the hollow rise to its feet, towering above him. A colossal hand shoots out and lifts him easily off the ground and squeezed. Never giving in to panic, Quidel brings his hands up to pry the fingers loose and rests his foot against the arm holding him. He then swings his free leg up and over smacking the hollow in the head. Spit flew from the impact and cracks surfaced on its mask, but it didn’t loosen the grip it had on him.

Not daunted by this, he plants his foot on its chest and heaves back, pushing off the brute and as he vaults out of its grasp he swings his other foot up to smack it in the head again. This time the grip breaks and he flips backwards, landing safely on his feet as the hollow staggers back a few steps rubbing its jaw. Shards of the white mask fell and crumbled out of sight, the monster looked over at him with hatred. Quidel’s only response was to bring his fists up again.

In it last effort the hollow came at him again and went for a tackle but Quidel caught him as he rammed his stomach, sending him sliding backwards, his feet dug into the ground to try and slow it down while he wrapped his arm around the hollow a head lock. He began to squeeze hard and the hollow started pummeling his sides with his huge fists, Quidel clenches his teeth and waits. Within seconds the blows start to slow as it struggles for breath and the captain pulled and twisted its neck sharply, ending its feeble attempts to win. He drops the hollow and before it landed on the ground it fades away.

Hayyel: He glances at his companions as his own hollow opponent crumbles out of sight, pleased to find that they are not injured. “It looks like we got all of them.”

Mikazuki: Her hollow with razors for arms lies in a puddle of its own blood as it too, disappears. “Not quite…” she spots a half crushed creature slinking away in the grass. Its spindly arms stop their efforts to pull its body to a safe place and the small insect like being shutters in fear as it realized it was discovered.

Tiny Hollow: “No please!” It gulped. “I beg of you!”

Mikazuki: She saunters over in slow even strides with a dark look on her face. Her voice is deadly and cold. “Silence, you have no right to beg for mercy, you weren’t going to give it even to a child!” she raises her foot and stomps the life out of the miserable being.

No, you don't understand, K0V. It is boring to continuously return to the forum and see the same-old dialogue with nothing more than some slap-stick nonsense. If you and silverain don't feel confident or don't want to write any combat posts, that is fine. I don't see why you're involved in the forum, if that is the case.

Furthermore, you don't need four weeks of posts to "introduce" the characters. That is a misuse of your time and posts. You can adequately introduce characters in one or two posts and develop them throughout the entire forum. In all honesty, when I read your posts, referencing the more recent ones, I think of them as nothing more than an effort to delay your characters progress because you can't think of how to initiate or facilitate an action scene. And nothing I've read so far would be considered extraordinary character development. It could easily be categorized as mild humor. I guess I am just frustrated that nothing is happening. And though you may feel as though your dialogues are "something" of substance, I don't. They're well-written, but they don't force the story forward.

I wasn't saying that. I meant that we'd need to introduce the setting and situation. If you put it in terms of if someone just went and read the forum from start to finish without knowing what was going on, they'd be a bit confused if we just ended up somewhere and started fighting straight away.

I also agree that I haven't been posting as I should. 18 days between is not fair to everyone, I apologize for that.

I don't think they'd be confused at all, this isn't complex material, I am afraid. Secondly, if new readers were to experience anything, it would be boredom. Nothing has happened in a long, long time. You don't need four weeks to set-up the situation, K0V, that is absolutely nonsensical.

Despite as much, I am hoping the forum will becoming more interesting soon. Perhaps Zord and Randomfan will return, start some trouble, and my characters can engage them. Maybe then there will be some legitimate action.

And Silverain, your posts are well-written, so there is no need to be sorry. I just think the story needs to move along more steadily. As of late (the past month or so), it has been slow and no one has posted anything of substance.

Once he sets his mind on something, he will not stop until his goal is completed. He will kill anyone who gets in his way, including his comrades. There is one thing that he lives by, its a motto. That motto is "I'd rather die on my feet, then live on my knees".

Resureccion: Endriago "Dragon"
Description: Gray holds his sword upside down but horizontally says the phrase "Terrorize Endriago". Then a wall of white fire surrounds him. After the transformation he walks through the fire to confront his opponent. His shoulders to his wrists were covered in scales and his hands became claws. From his knees to his feet were also covered in scales and his feet turned into three-toed dragon feet with claws at the end of each one. The rest of his body was covered in a red segmented armor but doesn't cover his back cause of the wings which he uses to fly. His eye piece mask doesn't change.

Uhm, ace, I don't think it is a good idea to have both a captain and arrancar. You should likely choose a loyalty. You can't very well work alongside the antagonists and simultaneously be the protagonist.

On that note, we need more Espada than we do captains. Either way, it is your decision.

Four Shinigami stood in the center of a community park, satisfied with their victory against the many hollow that had ventured into the human world. The air was already beginning to regulate the stench of hollow reiatsu. Everything was exactly as it was supposed to be. The Shinigami exchanged contented looks amongst each other before a weak voice broke the silence.

Ghost Girl: Th... Thanks for saving me...

The Shinigami turned to the small girl. Her tone of voice alone informed them that she was on the verge of tears, let alone her melancholy facial expression. Gentle and innocent eyes were glazed with tears.

Ghost Girl: If it weren't for you...

A droplet slid down her cheek from her eye and fell to the ground. Mikazuki estimated what was going to happen next and stepped in. She approached the girl and knelt, hands on the girl's shoulders.

Mikazuki: That's okay. You're safe now.

She then stood upright, blade in her hand, and turned to face her partners.

Mikazuki: First thing's first, we should probably-

Her sentence was cut short by gentle weeping. All four Reapers turned to face the sniffing ghost.

Ghost Girl: I... I couldn't do anything... I wish I could... I-

A buzzing sound turned the Shinigami's attention in the opposite direction. Six large wasp-like hollow approached at an impressive speed. As the four prepared for the attack, blades in hand, a loud smashing sound, followed by a scream, came from the rear. Mikazuki and Quidel whipped around to the sight of a small, screeching girl flying through the air. Dozens of wasp hollow swarmed in the air.

Mikazuki: Damn it! Quidel, cover me!

Quidel: If you say so. Go for it!

Without another word, Mikazuki shot herself into the air at the girl. The hollow, angry at the thought that they may lose their prey, immediately began diving at her.

Quidel: Hado four, Okasen!

The Captain took aim with two fingers and blasted a large group of attacking hollow with a ray of golden light. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite enough, and one of the insects collided with Mikazuki, knocking her off course. Another wasp swept in and snatched the girl clean out of the air and shot itself away in an attempt to flee.

Mikazuki: Quidel! I'm going after her!

The four had to shout to communicate over the deafening buzzing of the plethora of beating wings.

Quidel: Sure! I'll come with the others as soon as possible!

Mikazuki nodded at him, then began a series of flash steps, covering a massive distance in a short time. The wasp was surprisingly quick, she thought. If she was only a little slower, she might not be able to catch it. As their chase took them over a tall building, Mikazuki went full speed, catching up to the hollow and, in one motion, slicing it's wings. The beast fell to the rooftop, it's body acting as a cushion for the unconcious girl in it's clutches, before fading from existance. Mikazuki landed on the building a split second later. Deep laughter from three sides divided her attention.

Mikazuki: Who's there?

Two muscular men appeared to her left and right sides with a boom. Both wore large claymores on their backs, no shirts to conceal their torsos, and baggy white pants. Mikazuki showed no sign of having been intimidated by the appearance of these foes.

Mikazuki: Due to your use of Sonido, I'll guess you're both Arrancar. Now, I'll give you several seconds to answer my initial question.

???: Will you, now?

Mikazuki turned about to be greeted by another muscular man. This one, not as tall as the others, was far more muscular. Though he wore a shirt, it was devoid of sleeves. His weapon, a large double headed scythe, hung from his back and carved a crevace in the roof as he approached the Shinigami.

Gyro: 'Tell ya' what. If you can last five minutes against us, I'll give you your answer.

Mikazuki's lips twitched into a faint smile as she raised her sword.

Mikazuki: Try it.

Now that the pot's stirred, things can start to take off again.

Oh, and to answer Ace's initial question, it does help to formulate a plan with another Espada, but we don't really have a person "in charge." You don't need to ask permission, but it's always good to have two or more people in on your plans.

I'll get my post up tomorrow. I've been busy with college recently so thats why I have continued with the story yet. I try to make it as interesting as possible guys.

As the three arrancar advanced on her slowly sensing an easy victory, Mikazuki scanned her environment quickly. There were two stairwells at the opposite ends of the rooftop. Both were concrete cubes with metal doors. Around the roof edges were black chainlink fences that were roughly 3 meters high.

Mikazuki: (She processed all the information, muttering to herself as she did) Not much cover. So the best course of action is to keep moving. It'll make it hard for them to ready ceros. If it comes to that. (She lifter her head and scanned her foes) Large weapons. They won't be easy to weild quickly and are not good at long range attacks.

She readied her zanpakuto and smirked at Gyro.

Mikazuki: Here I come, don't die too quickly now, I actually want to have some fun.

She charged head long at Gyro, noticing that the other two arrancar were circling behin her as she did. She then leapt at him, slashing down with her zanpakuto as she did. He mearly swung his massive sythe at her and sent her flying as the blades clashed together. She soarded into the path of the other two arrancar. Mikazuki desperately tried to turn in mid-air to land in a suitable way and manged to land on her hands and deal them both kicks to the stamach and then to the face. They staggered backwards from the swift assault.

Gyro: (He smiled. It was clear he was enjoying this.) Nice moves, whelp. But if thats all a lowly shinigami like you can do then I might as well finish this now.

He disappeared with a boom and reappeared behind Mikazuki swinging at her with his sythe. She turned quickly and manged to block on the inside of the sythe blade and then turned and slashed at Gyro's face, determined to hurt him. He mearly caught the blade in his free hand.

Mikazuki: (Her mouth opened in shock) No! ooff...(She had the wind iven from her as Gyro kicked her in the stomach, saliva and blood flew from her open mouth as Gyro's foot made impact and she was sent flying into the mesh of the fence, dealing small cuts to her arms and back. She fell flat on the floor, gasping for breath and Gyro approached her, his sythe raised.)

Gyro: Its only been a minute and your already beaten. Someone as weak as you doesn't deserve life. (He signalled to the other arrancar.) Hold her tight. (He looked back to Mikazuki who was trying to get back to her feet, blood dripping down her back and arms) I'm going to punish you before you die. (He turned and strolled over to where the soul lay. He picked her up with ease and returned to Mikazuki who at this point was struggling to get out of the two Arrancar's grasp. Trying desperatly to rech her zanpakuto which lay inches infront of her. Gyro placed the soul down in front of Mikazuki and took a firm hold on the girls chain of fate) Now don't look away, I really don't want you to miss this.

Mikazuki couldn't believe what she was seeing. Gyro started pulling at the souls chain. Slowly opening the hole in its chest. The girl woke suddenly and started to scream from the pain. As the chain finally got ripped off her chest, the body began to fade into reiatsu. As the girl finally disappeared, Gyro turned his attention to Mikazuki, who at this point held her face down, tears rolling off her face.

Gyro: (His smile was even broader) Did you enjoy that warm up act.

Mikazuki didn't answer but her body shook.

Gyro: Now (He said as he raised his sythe) Its your turn.

Mikazuki: (Her head raised slowly. Gyro gazed at her tear stained face and his mouth opened in shock. Mikazuki started muttering as a crimson aura of reiatsu slowly formed round her) You are going to pay for that. (The two arrancar holding Mikazuki tried desparatly to hold on to her arms but she slowly wrenched them free) You are going...(Her green eyes had turned to a deep crimson red) TO PAY!!

Mikazuki's spritual pressure sky rocketed, cracking the ground beneath her feet. Quidel and the others stopped fighting. The hollows themselves turned in the direction of the disturbance. They panicked and fled the scene.

Quidel: (He was stunned at the level of spritual pressure she had) Oh crap!

She turned to face the two arrancar and leapt ferociously at them. She dealt the first one a forearm strike to the throat and followed with a quick succession of punches to the chest. Blood flew from his mouth. As he fell Mikazuki flash stepped behind the other, breaking the ground as she did and placed her finger on his back, diretly in line with his heart.

Mikazuki: Hado Number 4 Byakurai.

The spell tore in to the arrancar and opened a massive cavity into his body, the spell completely tore apart the opposing stairwell to her and hit the building after it. She let his body fall and turned her gaze to face Gyro. Who at this point was shaking but smiling at the same time.

Gyro: Maybe you'll be some fun after all.

Mikazuki: (Her gaze hardened. She walked forwards and picked up her zanpakuto) Fun? No. I'm going to be the last thing your eyes will ever see in this world. Incinerate the unworthy, Kurojigoku.

Mikazuki's arm and zanpakuto disappeared under the mass of black flame that sprouted forth from it. She swung her sword muttering as she went 'Hidoi kurushimi' Flame sprung from the ground travelling quickly towards Gyro, who was frozen to the spot in fear and awe at the collosal inferno heading his way. As it reached him there was an almighty explosion...

I'll leave it there.

Gray: Over already? Guess Gyro wasn't strong enough after all. I figured as much considering he was the Septimo Espada.

*The Shinigami probably didnt even realize I was here.*

A bit of advice Ace. It would be nice to have longer scenes with your character in instead of these short little pieces. besides the reason I left it off like that is so the situation could be developed on. So you could have a go if you want. Get your character involved properly, though I do believe fighting isn't the best choice on a proper introductory post with your character.

I agree, K0V. Posts don't have length restrictions, but it is recommended that each individual post possess some level of substance. Though your posts are appreciated, they do not necessarily contribute to the current theme of events. It is your decision on whether you feel it necessary to collaborate, at this moment, with zordaik or randomfan, but if you're going to introduce your character it may be more appropriate to contribute a lengthier post. The format that K0V demonstrated above is what we all traditionally adhere to. If it is dialogue, that is fine, but we try and steer away from transient comments made somewhat haphazardly. I hope that helps.

Oh, and K0V has a great point. It might not be the wisest choice to introduce your character via a battle, but if you can dish it out and you feel confident in your capacity to write an action scene, go ahead. At the rate that this particular segment has been progressing, I don't see an issue with you joining in. But remember, it has to make sense in terms of the over-arcing theme and plot.

The rooftop was a burning ruin, with holes and massive cracks decorating the mutilated floor. The smoke around the area flowed smoothly with no intention of clearing, but several seconds later it began to. As the blackish-grey curtain split, it revealed a rather crispy Gyro waving his scythe back and forth to clear the fumes.

Gyro: You little bitch... Killed my followers, didja?

Mikazuki approached him.

Mikazuki: What I did to them was far more lenient than what I'll do to you.

Gyro: Heh, you sure?

Mikazuki began to speak, but was cut short by an immense pain suddenly flaring up in her shoulder. She immediately flash stepped several feet back to see another of the wasp hollow, it's stinger coated in her blood.

Mikazuki: What the...?

Gyro's smile only angered her further, but she wouldn't do anything too rash, angered as she was. There were no changed in her senses, which meant that if the wasp was poisonous, it wouldn't affect her ability to anticipate the Espada's moves. She quickly twitched her fingers, only to find that there was no difference in the speed she could do that either. So she was safe. For now, at least, for if the wasp was venomous, the toxins would likely be slow in taking effect.

Gyro: What's keepin' you?

Mikazuki: Nothing.

Mikazuki appeared behind the Espada with speed only she was capable of, slicing upward at him and aiming for the tender seared flesh on his back. With a rather loud booming sound, Gyro suddenly disappeared, but quickly reappeared several feet away, effectively evading the strike. Mikazuki looked only slightly stunned.

Gyro: Wondering how I was able to get so fast? I'll let you in on a little somethin'; It's only been three minutes.

???: And I'm afraid this is where you die.

Mikazuki turned about to face a frail looking female Arrancar.

Tiaga: My name is Tiaga. I'm afraid we can only continue our conversation if you last two more minutes.

The girl unsheathed her blade and struck out at Mikazuki in a single motion. Mikazuki, far superior in combat with a blade, flash stepped to the rear of the girl and raised her blade above her head. Her sword arm. It was the arm that had been stung. She was surprised how little it hurt now, actually. Her eyes then widened. Something was wrong. Her blade was now on it's way downward, and Mikazuki could only hope to kill her target before something happened.

Tiaga: Picadura Adoramecer!

The girl spoke incredibly fast, and after uttering the phrase, she slipped just out of the way of the blade, then caught Mikazuki's wrist in mid slash. Mikazuki couldn't move her arm. Mikazuki couldn't feel her arm.

Mikazuki: What the hell's happening?!

A booming noise fortold of Gyro's approach from the rear. Leaping upward, he slammed his foot into Mikazuki's back and crushed her into the stone rooftop. The floor cracked under the pressure. Her right arm was still numb as she scrambled to her feet, but swore loudly as she felt a large hand wrap around the back of her neck. In a split second, she was airborn again, but only due to the fact that Gyro had leapt upwards.

Mikazuki: Shit!

The Captain struggled violently against Gyro's grip until she was finally free, then dove downwards and grabbed the pommel of her blade with her left hand. Black flames began to flow from the edge. The aimed the point of her sword at the airborn Espada.

Tiaga: Cero!

Mikazuki was fully aware of the incoming bast, but did not divert her attention from Gyro. She knew that her best chance to deal with the Espada was when he was in a freefall. The violet energy surged toward her, and an eruption of black flames shot out of her own blade toward Gyro moments before she collided with the Cero. Black and purple energy engulfed the top quarter of the skyscraper's roof.

*Gray is approached by a member of his fraccion.*

Gray: What do u want, Lyon?

Lyon: Master, what r we going to do?

Gray: About?

Lyon: The other three Shinigami.

Gray: Oh.... I forgot about them...... What do u want to do about them?

Lyon: I want to KILL THEM!!!!

Gray: Come on.

* They used Sonido and appeared in front of the other Shinigami. Lyon has a killing look on his face but Gray has his typical blank stare. Gray scans the Shinigamis trying to figure out their strengths and weaknesses. Lyon reaches over and unsheathed his sword and points it at them.*

Lyon: This is going to be fun!!

Gray: If u fail, I'll kill u myself

* Gray suddenly moves a few yards back like he knows what is about to happen*

Lyon: Stampede El Toro!!!! "The Bull"

* Suddenly a huge ball of Reiatsu surrounded him and then he emerged with big arms and horns protruding from his head. His skin turned to black fur.*

Lyon: Which one of u pathetic Shinigamis wants to fight me?

* Then another member of Gray's fraccion appeared by Gray to watch the fight*

Mikazuki was sent flying by the cero. It had hit her but it had only caught her on her right arm. Even then though she was tossed like a ragdoll and hurtled through the chainlink fence, even moe cuts inflicted on her battle torn body. Her hair fell down her back, the ribbon used to tie it had been blown off, as she sailed into a building behind her. Her body created a crater in the side of the building. By some miracle she was still conscious, but her right arm was scorched and broken from the impact. Blood flowed freely from the cuts on her body and the miriad of cuts that adorned her face. As she fell forward onto the crater floor she noticed her body's pain was slowly subsiding. She instantly knew what it was. The venom of the wasp was spreading.

She tried to get up, putting her body weight onto her left arm. She gasped in pain. She'd sprained her wrist and cracked her collarbone also, yet she still foced herself to stand. As shge finnaly got to her feet, she put her left arm out to balance her, her legs were unsteady. She closed her eyes, frantically thinking of a way to neutralise the venom.

She then rembered something Captain Soi Fon had told her long ago...

Soi Fon: (Only her voice can be heard) Being the Captain of Squad 2 and the Commander of the Stealth Force, I have gained immunity to the effects of most known poisons... (Mikazuki didn't care about that, she had followed that advice long ago) ...but in the event that I got poisoned by something that I wasn't immune or resistant against, I followed this one rule: One poison can be neutalised by another.

Mikazuki's eyes flashed open. She took a quick look at the roof top and she could see Tiaga helping Gyro to his feet.

Mikazuki: (She gritted her teeth) That bastard doesn't die easily.

Mikazuki then looked about her person. Usually she kept some form of poison on her. They were strong ones she had immunity to. She would usually use them for just such an occasion. Usually. They weren't on her person. Feeling the effects of the venom slowly spreading to her left arm, she thought back quickly, keeping herself calm as she did so the venom wouldn't spread fast. She thought about all the places she could have lost them. Up on the rooftop certainly. But she constantly surveyed the battleground, they weren't there. Then it clicked. When that hollow had collided with her. Her poisons must be around there. She shunpoed off, but she was slower than she usually was. The venom was spreading to her legs now. She really hoped she made it in time...
