I am really pissed at the writers for acting like Serena is ACTUALLY having a hard time choosing. Totally, and it's not even about first loves necessarily anyhow, you know? It's that when they are TOGETHER, they are better. When she's with Nate it's complicated and only about sex, and when he's with Vanessa it's alright but also complicated and they don't fit that way.
