Hikaru: Yeah, they create a human body, then they put inside it a mix of red and black blood, they call it, White Blood, though its not really white, its more like very pale blue, but anyway, then they sacrifice a human being, take his or her soul and enter it in the body, thing is that soul dosen't remember anything about its past self, or what it is, they just wake up and think there human

Leona: I see, so that's how it works huh?

Hikaru: Well the white blood works just like the black blood only more powerful and dangerous, the human bodies they create are made from parts of DNA of normal humans, and Kishins with very small DNA of a weapon, the DNA mix is then transfered in lots of small tubes that connect to a big tube and the human is created in there
