When I first saw PokΓ©mon: The First Movie, I didn't know about the unedited version of the film. However, Dr. Fuji seemed like too interesting of a character to be a throwaway character, so I looked up more information and discovered the unedited version, which gave him a tragic backstory. Well, I didn't know that when I first saw that film as a kid either until I surfed the internet and discovered about the existence of the unedited version of the film that includes Dr. Fuji's tragic backstory when I have visited various PokΓ©mon related fan-sites at that time and I have also learned that this unedited footage that was cut in the English dub was included as a short in the Mewtwo Returns DVD. It's too bad that they have cut that footage when the dubbed version was released in theaters, but good thing that they decided to include it in the Mewtwo Returns DVD though. πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸπŸŒ»πŸ― 4 hours ago
