Well damn, the move was purrrfect. It's crazy how very closely they followed the book, and I loved how they didn't try to cover all the violence and bloodbath, which was as intensely filmed as it was written. Rue's death shattered my petty little heart into a million pieces, which was expected but I still cried a river. They didn't overplay the love triangle, which made me an extremely happy fan. Seneca Crane is sexy. Peeta's camouflage was AMAZING. Cato broke my heart with his bloody speech. Posted over a year ago
