​Zayn Malik has teased what fans can expect from his upcoming debut album.

magazine, having confirmed his first solo single \'Pillow Talk\' will be released on Friday (January 29).

"I don\'t want to make it black and white for people. I just want it to be creative, still, and artistic. Know what I mean?" Zayn said about the album.

He also promised to "let people know what\'s really going on".

Zayn\'s as-yet-unnamed solo debut album which has been produced by James \'Malay\' Ho.

On his single \'Pillow Talk\', Zayn explained that it was "pretty black and white" what the track is about.

"Everybody has sex, and it\'s something people wanna hear about. It\'s part of everybody\'s life, a very BIG part of life! And you don\'t wanna sweep it under the carpet. It has to be talked about," he expanded.

Meanwhile, Friday will also see Zayn do his first talk show interview since splitting from One Direction when he will be appearing on
