the worst Elemenetal HERO has got to be Elemental HERO Divne Neos. He is a level 12 monster that requires 7 "HERO" monster and 1"Neos" "Neo" or "Neo-Spacian" so that's in total 8 monsters for only 4000 atk (including his effect) what a let-down. Posted over a year ago
