Home and Away: 11 new spoiler pictures as Justin Morgan collapses and gets rushed to hospital
Logan picks up with Wolverine and Professor X, but the rest of the X-Men are still scattered over nine other movies and at least two alternate timelines. With a handful of new X films already in development, where exactly does everyone currently stand in the X-Men movie universe? Warning: Contains some spoilers for
• Recruited from a strip club by Professor X and Magneto in First Class, Angel Salvadore eventually swaps sides and joins Sebastian Shaw\'s Hellfire Club.
• Getting her wings burned by Havok during the Cuban beach battle, she leaves the film with Magneto – having joined the Brotherhood of Mutants.
• Seen in an autopsy photo that Mystique discovers in Future Past, Angel is shown to have died off-screen alongside Azazel in 1962 – her wings ripped off and stuck in a glass display box.
Last seen: X-Men: Apocalypse and X-Men: The Last Stand
• Original timeline Angel leaves The Last Stand as a hero – flying over the rebuilt Golden Gate Bridge and waving at kids from the sky.
• The viral marketing videos for Days of Future Past saw Angel killed by sentinels during a pro-mutant rally, and he didn\'t appear in the film.
• Revised timeline intact, he resurfaces with a confusing origin story in Apocalypse (making him about twenty years older than he used to be).
• Recruited by Apocalypse as a henchman, he gets stuck in a crashing jet plane and dies as a big disappointment to his evil boss.
Marvel\'s post-credits Easter eggs ranked – does dancing Groot beat shawarma?
• As soon as Banshee learns how to fly using his sonic scream, Tempest burns a hole in his wing-suit during the climactic battle of First Class.
• Wounded, he tries to stop Magneto from nuking the world but gets thrown back into the sand with Beast and Havok.
• Picking the X-Men over the Brotherhood Of Mutants when Magneto draws a line in the sand, Banshee is never seen again in the X-verse.
• Gets a mention in Days of Future Past as having died off-screen sometime before the \'70s, as a result of Bolivar Trask\'s experiments.
• Also pops up on the original timeline in X2, listed as "Sean Cassidy" on Stryker\'s mutant database – presumably still alive?
• Doing well for himself in the original timeline, Beast is appointed the mutant ambassador to the United Nations at the end of The Last Stand (before being murdered by an angry mob in a viral marketing video for Days Of Future Past).
• Helping to alter the past/future by defeating the sentinels, Beast gets a second chance in the altered timeline – leaving Apocalypse intact as a teacher at the mutant academy.
• Since we also see Beast working as a teacher in Future Past\'s 2023 snippet, we know that he survives long enough to look like Kelsey Grammer.
Last seen: X-Men: Days Of Future Past
• Survives the original trilogy and makes it to the bleak future of 2023 – only to be ripped in half by a sentinel during Future Past.
• With history successfully rewritten by Wolverine, Colossus is seen alive in the future mutant academy of the altered timeline (working as what looks like a teaching assistant).
• Gets a cameo in Deadpool as the mentor of Negasonic Teenage Warhead.
Last seen: X-Men: Apocalypse and X-Men: The Last Stand
• A victim of Jean Grey\'s corrupted consciousness, The Phoenix, Cyclops dies at the end of Last Stand – buried next to Jean and the Professor in the grounds of the mutant academy.
• Restored to life by the alternate timeline of Days of Future Past, we see him in 2023 – alive, working as a teacher, and [still] in a relationship with Jean.
• Given a backstory in Apocalypse, Cyclops leaves the film in training at the academy (complete with his trademark visor).
• Recruited by Professor X and Magneto in the first crop of students, Darwin has the power of "reactive evolution" – able to adapt his body to cope with any environment.
• When Sebastian Shaw attacks the Division X facility, he tries to stop Angel Salvadore from joining the bad guys and gets an atomic ball of Havok\'s raw energy rammed down his throat by Shaw – and eventually explodes in a shower of ash.
Last seen: X-Men: Days Of Future Past and X-Men: Apocalypse
• Boarding a military plane the \'70s of Future Past, Havok vanishes in the original timeline.
• Appearing in the altered timeline of Apocalypse with Cyclops as his brother, he shows up at the mutant academy just in time to die in the explosion that destroys the whole mansion.
• Battling with Pyro during the Last Stand showdown, Iceman beats his arch rival by freezing his flaming hands to ice.
• Reunited with his girlfriend Rogue after she takes a dose of mutant cure, the pair live happily ever after…
• …Until Days Of Future Past, when Iceman gets decapitated by a sentinel (after possibly cheating on Rogue with Shadowcat in the Rogue Cut released on DVD).
• With the future altered, Iceman lives on at the end of Future Past – happily holding hands with Rogue in the mansion in 2023.
• Causing all the damage in The Last Stand, Jean unwittingly unleashes her bad side in the form of The Phoenix, killing Professor X and Cyclops before Wolverine tearfully steps in to stab her to death.
• Saved by the events of Days of Future Past, Jean lives on in the altered timeline, appearing in 2023 alongside Cyclops at the mutant academy.
• Last seen in Apocalypse, Jean trains as one of the key members of the new X-Men line-up.
will have Charles and Wolvie talking about how Jean Grey was killed in the new timeline.
