I'm just going with this because this sword caused Siegfried to murder his own father and go on killing sprees every night leading him to often wake up in villages where he slaughtered everyone and literally devours your soul if you wield it too long causing you to become Nightmare, Malfested, or become a monster of some sort.
It turned Aeon into a fucking cannibalistic lizard man for Christ's sake.
And (if I remember correctly) turned Raphael into a vampire.
This shit is evil.
And know what?
So is Soul Calibur. Yup. The holy sword also corrupts you.
Like wanting to seal the world in ice or wanting Patroklos to murder his own sister even though she wasn't far enough Malfested to not be saved.
