Now, even though people believe there are only a few swords in Zelda, there are actually quite a lot. So much in fact that I have decided to tell you all my five favorites. Now, before I begin, this is just my opinion, so, sorry if a sword you wanted to see isn’t here. Now, with that said, lets start the list
#5: Phantom Ganon’s Sword - Now, this is lower due to the fact that this is a pretty easy sword to find. However, the way you sue it is amazing. Once you get trapped in a maze in Ganon’s Tower in Wind Waker, you will then have to fight Phantom Ganon. Once you defeat him, his sword will fall on the ground. The only way to escape the maze is to follow the hilt of the sword to the door it is pointing at and escape. The idea of this sword was amazing, and that is why it is on this list
#4: Gilded Sword - Now, after you gain a bottle of gold from completing the Goron Race, you can then take your sword to the blacksmiths, Zubora and Gabora, who will make your sword even stronger after a day. So, once you go and get your sword back, your sword will now be a more powerful sword, which is bigger and can cut down enemies even more easily. It is amazing, and I am glad I got this sword. I mean, HOW ELSE WOULD I BE ABLE TO DEFEAT GYORG!
#3: Four Sword - Now, this is an amazing sword. Once the Four Sword is pulled from its pedestal, it will create three exact copies of the wielder to help him in battle. So now, you have a sword that gives you three more Links… ENOUGH SAID
#2: Biggoron Sword - Now, this is a sword that has a HUGE side quest to find it. So, get ready to jot down some notes. You need to talk to Anju as an adult so she can give you an egg. Wait for the egg to hatch so she can give you a blue chicken named Cojiro. Go to the Lost Woods and give Cojiro to Grog, and he will give you a Mushroom, which you deliver to Granny in Kakariko Village. She then gives you medicine, and you go back to the Lost Woods and give them to Fado (Grog kinda turned into a Stalfos, so forget about him). She will give you the Poacher’s Saw, which you take to Mutoh in the Gerudo Desert. He will then give you a broken sword, which you take to Biggoron, who will give you a prescription, because his eyes hurt. Take the prescription to King Zora, who will then give you a frog. Take the frog the the Hyrule Lake Scientist, who will give you eye drops. Take the eye drops to Biggoron, and he will give you a stone, and wait a few days to get the strongest sword in the game. HHHHUUUUAAAA! …. You get all that
#1: Master Sword - WHAT ELSE WAS IT GOING TO BE! Seriously, this game has appeared in dozens of Zelda games. It is known as the Blade of Evils Bane in Zelda lore, and has been used time and time again to stop Ganondorf from taking over Hyrule. However, getting this legendary sword is no easy task. In A Link to the Past, Link had to collect three gems before taking it out of its pedestal. In Ocarina of Time, Link had to do pretty much the same. But, in Wind Waker was easily the hardest. Link not only had to collect three orbs to get the Master Sword, but to unlock the swords full power, he had to go through two temples, with two sages, and learn two new songs that he had to play on his Wind Waker. And he still went through with it in the end. The Master Sword is a powerful and amazing sword. It has appeared in multiple games, it is legendary, it is Link’s most well known sword, and it has saved the kingdom of Hyrule more times than I can count. That is what makes it number one
So, there you go. Did you enjoy this list? Tell me what you think below. With that, I will see you all next time
