the US base would have some... those GI's have every thing..you just need a person to pass your communication of your need to someone and i bet they would give some dvd's..it would be a great public relations for our Country's....maybe someone from the USO?over a year ago
Hearing the news that Andy passed away made me really sad.I couldn't eat and sleep but ,what comforts me is the fact that we are all destined to meet our Creator someday and Andy is very much lucky to meet Him already.Andy had no idea how he affected the course of my life(for that I'm forever thankful to him)and that his number one fan is on the other side of the world.Andy guide us all whom you had left on our life's journey here on earth.Bye Papa. xpol-polx

It was sad about him passing away. I was also born in the 80's but I was introduced to the Andy Griffith Show through my parents so that's how I knew about it. Then I started writing fanfiction about the show. I'm thinking of writing a tribute story on Andy but I haven't started writing it yet. He sure is lucky to be with God now but one day I will be with God but I am a believer myself. The idea for the tribute I thought of doing for Andy is that I would do a story with him, Barney, Goober and Aunt Bee in Heaven. A few of my other online friends have liked the idea too. I've already gotten started on the tribute to Goober since I accidently deleted it on Microsoft Word a while back at the time he died so I plan to finish it with the same idea.over a year ago
I watched the reruns of the 8 seasons and thought it was a bummer he died. I've written some of my own stories on this show in fiction and even recreated the cast for the fun of it even if that part was unexpected. We thought Andy was a good person even if my parents weren't into the show at all and my dad had said he thought Andy was a good person. I have one of his CDs, though. I thought the singing was better on the show if you ask me.

I've heard about them. He's a good actor. I have 1 CD of his but not gospel. I'm more familiar of Elvis's gospel songs than Andy's, though.over a year ago
I was not born in the 60's but the 80's.I'm from the Philippines.I discovered The Andy Griffith Show from Youtube. When my father died, who’s so close to me, l could hardly accept it that I want to commit suicide, but one time,as I watch The Andy Griffith Show,I see myself in Opie and my father in Andy,(Andy has some strong resemblance to my father.I had some flashbacks of my childhood watching those father and son scenes that time. Those happy memories with my father, and as crazy as it sounds, watching the show that time, made me decide not to take my own life anymore, until then I'm hooked up watching the show.over a year ago
