lives on that line between right and wrong; even our favorite characters can make decisions that have us questioning if they made the best choice. This is a show that can make you understand a character like Murphy, who killed his own friends and shot Raven in season 1. This is a show that potentially has “no good guys.” This is a show that’s had multiple massacres at the hands of major characters. And this is a show that, tonight, somehow got us to sympathize with Lexa’s season 2 decision at Mount Weather.

“Ye Who Enter here” kicks off with Lexa trying to see Clarke in the capitol building, but she’s not getting a warm welcome. It’s been a week since Clarke was delivered to the Commander, and Lexa’s given her space, but now she has a message: At sundown that day, Skaikru will be coming to get Clarke. Clarke says she wouldn’t need to be “returned” if Lexa hadn’t kidnapped her, but Lexa insists she

“You know when I could have used saving? When you abandoned me at Mount Weather.” Yep, we’re diving right into it. Lexa tries to get Clarke to see that she would have made the same decision for her own people — that she did make that decision just hours later when she chose to kill everyone, including allies in Mount Weather — but Clarke’s not ready to hear it. “You have no honor, and I had no choice,” she says.

But Lexa doesn’t have time to dig into this particular conflict at the moment because there’s a bigger issue at hand: Lexa wants Skaikru to become the 13th clan. Lexa says it’s so the Sky People will have protection, but Clarke calls her out for the truth: Wanheda makes the Commander look weak, and Azgeda is exploiting that. “Go float yourself,” Clarke spits at her — which probably makes zero since to Lexa, but we can assume she gets the gist.

She goes before the council, where everyone bows except the ambassador from Ice Nation. He wants Lexa to explain why Wanheda is still alive. But Lexa’s second in command, Titus, speaks up instead. He wants to know why Ice Nation troops are closing in on Polis. Before the situation can escalate, Lexa asks to speak to the Azgeda ambassador in private, you know, “over here by this giant open window,” and then she pushes him out it to his death. Don’t f— with Lexa, y’all.

Someone should pass this message onto Clarke. Because while she’s busy … hanging out on balconies? … Roan has come up with a proposition: Kill Lexa and she’ll find an ally in the Ice Queen.

While this is happening, Raven, Bellamy, Gina (Bellamy’s girlfriend), and Octavia are moving supplies into Mount Weather. It’s supposed to be open for a hospital and overflow of the Farm Arkers, but when they arrive, they walk into a party basically. Pike is having the time of his life with 36 of his closest friends, and Octavia is not having it.

Bellamy finds her outside, where they attempt to have a brother-to-sister chat, but they’re finding themselves on opposite ends of the Grounder issues. Bellamy says Arkers aren’t the Mountain Men, and the Grounders need to accept it, but Octavia says she just wants to leave it all behind. “I don’t fit in here,” she says as we all cry. Bellamy — being the best big brother — says, “If you need to leave, I get that, but you’ll always fit in with me.”
