I'm pretty sure that Jack didn't shoot him. I don't know what happen, I can't actually think of how it happened, I just hope Daniel isn't dead. I kind of like him, too nice and naive poor guy.

i'm pretty sure jack didn't shoot him,i'm really hopong he is not dead,i like danil enough(i love jack ofcours) daniel is goos to have around he's naive and nice i think he's a great asset for emily/amanda to her plans.
