The reason why I chose The Toad from Flushed Away (2006), Because Mrs. Melisha Tweedy from Chicken Run (2000) is a horrible, toxic and abusive wife towards her husband Mr. Willard Tweedy, and Victor Quartermaine from Wallace and Gromit: The Curse Of The Were-Rabbit (2005) is an arrogant hunter, Who wants to marry Lady Campanula Tottington for her fortune. But The Toad on the other hand has a tragic backstory and a caring father towards his tadpoles.

^Well, I agree that the Toad from Flushed Away is the most interesting villain out of all others 'cause it's interesting to have a villain who is a sympathetic one which I think it's rare for cartoons to have villains who actually care about others in my opinion and view.
