I'm torn between this one and #14 and #18 but I think this is the best because we can see most of her face and it matches the colour of the new banner!

#7, #8 and #4 would be really funny, I like them. But this one matches perfectly with the new banner.

And the icon we already have is really good, but c'mon, sometimes you just have to change things to keep them fresh, IMO

A Rachel Berry icon has to be over the top and dramatic, no offence icon 16 is lovely but its not Rachel Berry! I had the same problem with the current banner! I love this icon, its a proper Rachel Berry moment!

I like 16 too, these are all really good.
