I haven't posted any stories, but I think that you click on articles, then on the button that says write article. Then just fill out the boxes and type ur fanfiction and I think that's it.

Go to "my stories on your profile. There should be a drop-down of linx. Go to "upload story". You can add name of the story/chapter, and then click "browse" to choose the document from your computer.
Once it's loaded, go back to the"my Stories" dropdown, and click on New story. A page will come up to add the title, summary, rating, language, characters and genre(s). At the bottom, you choose which uploaded document you want to start the story with. (I'd go with chapter one, if it is longer than a chapter)
Upload, & your good to go!

Under the picture of the penguins near the top of the screen, it says Home|Videos|Images|Links|Articles
