I'm watching Pets Peeved right now and Kowalski yelled "I LOVE YOU!!!", at Skipper when he was captured!!! I know he might mean that as brothers, but it was such a background sound maybe it was a hidden sign??? OAO!!! What if...?

Nah, it clearly showed only the three penguins, Marlene didn't even appear in the episode. And it was obviously Kowalski's voice. Although I'd prefer that option, Kipper is only second to Skilene for me.
