^ There's an option called embed video. All you need is the URL address of the video. It should be easy to obtain though.

Right by the "add your reply" box in an "embed a video" choice. Go on youtube or wherever you get a video and find a way to get the URL of the video; for Youtube, click "share" and copy the link in the big box that appears after that.
