I'm a little bit thrown off by the word "wicked." I would probably refer to Skipper's past as being more "mysterious" than wicked.
As for if any of Skipper's past will be revealed in the "Dr. Blowhole's Revenge" episode, I'm going to have to recuse myself from answering, as I have already seen it.
