Do you guys reckon Skipper and Kowalski have a platonic friendship?

It's just Private is sort of like his son and Rico acts like Skipper's best friend, but Kowalski and Skipper? Honestly I think their friendship is stronger than in the episodes…

Well Kowalski fell frustraded because sometimes because Skipper can be a complete di$%hole with him and don't appreciate his intelect and Skipper dont trust completely in Kowalski and his dangerous experiments, i think his relationship is more like colleagues of work (Captain-Lieutenant) than a solid friendship.
