The last we saw of him was him getting carried away by the red falcon!

Although, I haven't seen Littlefoot, or Smotherly Love, yet...

He's been near to death twice before- once when he was eaten by Kitka, and again in 'Time Out'. When time froze, he was about to get run over by Alice's zoo cart. Thankfully, all that bubble gum must have stopped the cart from going any further.

Or the falcon might have gotten so annoyed with Fred's dumbness that he just let go of him, and he landed somewhere safely. XD
