If you have Windows, then you probably will have "Windows Live Movie Maker" Which is pretty decent.
You'll also need a way to get ahold of those PoM episodes. Some way. I don't know if getting the DVDs will work.
If you're going to do a music video, then you'll probably need to get some too. :3
