Without a doubt, Rico would be a player of all versions of Grand Theft Auto.
Skipper probably wouldn't allow Private to play any video games. Only half the reason would be to protect Private's innocence; the other half would be because Skipper would never ever allow Lunacorns: The Game to come into his HQ.
As for Kowalski, I could see him becoming addicted to the games of old, such as Pac-Man or even Pong.

Skipper might like the Mario games. He might think like he's Mario and Bowser in Blowhole.
Kowalski might like any game where you have to use your brain. Like Portal/Portal 2.
Rico might like the racing games. Or a war game of some sort. Anything fast-paced or violent.
Private might like Mario too. Or something that has unicorns and rainbows. Something like that. Maybe Kirby's Epic Yarn. It looks like a cute game.
