Do you think it would be ironic if the writers made an episode with Skipper's sister in it?

Although Skipper clearly states that he does not have a sister, I think it would be funny if he actually did and he was lying. XD

They did just that in Spongebob. In an earlier episode (the one with the peanut-onion sundae), Patrick mentions that he doesn't have a sister. But then in in a later episode, the plot is completely about his sister visiting. So, yeah that would definitely be ironic.
