Because I wanna make a good PoM video ^^ The episodes are (sorry, are episodes a lot, but I need them D:)

Or if you have the files that arent in AVI, you could use a program called winFF to convert them into AVI.

Oh, I've had that same problem. Every computer video uses a language called a codec to tell the computer what to display on the monitor. These specific videos use the codec called xVid (not compatible with Windows Media Player). Until you either download the codec (you can add codecs to Windows Media Player) or convert the file to the WMV codec, you will only be able to hear the file.
