No, she hasn't met him yet. Though I shouldn't say "yet." Because I highly doubt she ever will meet Antonio. I think Antonio was just mentioned and revealed so the fans knew that Fred was not Marlene's real match.

No, but I hope she does someday. I am not against Skilene, it's just that she'd be better off with another (male) otter with some of the same interests. She might've seen him before from a far away location considering that in "The Lost Treasure of The Golden Squirrel" she imagined multiple Antonios playing Spanish guitars to her.
