how do you download videos from nick plz help!!

ive been trying to download a video of roomies from nick, but i cant seem to get it! so can someone please tell me what to do?

Because if so, the best place to download it is from Megavideo. XD

I have no clue how to download a video just by right clicking it, but seriously. If you want a safe download that doesn't require a lot of effort, Megavideo is the way to go.
