Where can I find lots of P.O.M. full episodes online?

You could use madagascar.wikia.com to check out many episodes. On the Episode pulldown menu, click on Episode Guide/Series. Click on the tab that has the season you want, and then click on the episode you want. When you get to the episode page, click on the OnLine tab (yeah, lots of tabs), and select where you want to watch the video.

CAT stands for Catalan, btw, 'cause you don't want to watch it in Catalan if you have a choice.
