WHO THE HECK IS HITORI?!

Ok,so i heard in the Dr.Blowhole and Dr.BlowholeXNori club saying something about blowholeXhitori,and i don't know who in the heck is hitori,does anyone else notice that? is she like in dream works or is she some Oc character? can some one please tell me who the heck she is,im so confused here!
