Penguins of Madagascar Question

If you could change one thing about any of the characters, what would it be and why?

Granted, it can't be something drastic like changing gender, making them human, or changing their species. This is just something to have some fun debate over.

I think I'm up to reversing all their roles. Like having Julien be the military type while Skipper's the partier. Rico could be the scientist, while Kowalski's the violent crazy one... and Private could be like... Fred. Dunno, haven't thought it all out yet. Oh, and Marlene could be like Alice. And Officer X could be like.... Chuck Charles. LOL!
