Once Upon A Time

Once Upon A Time Question
Was Cruella really the first non-tragic villain?
Everyone keeps saying how Cruella was the first 100% bad, evil, sociopath but I always thought there were a few others before her. For instance, Peter Pan. I never once felt sorry for him. He was a selfish, childish man who gave up his son so he could be a child again. Sure there might have been a small hint of remorse when he transforms into a teenager but all in all, I never thought of him as a sympathetic villain. Also Tamara. She was a straight on murderer. Sure we never learned more on her backstory so maybe she had more of a reason but all in all from what they've shown, I never once felt sorry for her. Felt quite ecstatic when and how she died. Sure she felt bad for her actions but still it's not as though she ever hesitated when committing those actions. Also there's the blind witch from True North. From what we've seen, she's a straight-on cannibal. Don't really see them doing a backstory on her unless she somehow survived the oven. I wanna include King George cause I hate him with every ounce of my being but they did mention him losing his wife and losing his son. Course his son was just as bad as he is and who knows? His wife could've been just as bad or worse. *GASP!* What if his wife was Cora who only made him think his wife was dead?! That would make David and Regina half-siblings! Speaking of George's son, there's another one. James. He was a downright, non-sympathetic villain who lied to an innocent giant to get his family's gold. Same with his "girlfriend" Jack. She was just as bad as he was. So to me, Cruella wasn't the first villain who didn't have a soft side.
