	harold picked It must be an unknown actress: What cressida said. I think Hayden Panettiere could do it, from an age perspective (though I don't know how her voice is). Aside from Disney Channel stars, I don't know any other female actors young enough to add to this list, though virtually ALL of them would have made great Dorothys when they were young. Zooey especially appeals, because I can't shake the thought of the film being a musical, and she's got the best voice, far and away.
