Perrie Edwards blasts Zayn Malik wedding & Little Mix rumours!

Perrie Edwards has admitted that she’s getting rather sick of the crazy rumours circulating about her forthcoming wedding to Zayn Malik.

The Little Mix beauty and One Direction hunk got engaged in August 2013 but haven’t yet set a date, picked a dress or even chosen bridesmaids for their ceremony. In various interviews they’ve repeatedly insisted that they are too busy to plan a wedding and recently Malik insisted that he’s ‘happy just to be engaged.’

Despite their protestations though, gossip still circulates and Perrie hit out at those who start the rumours saying:

“The majority of stuff I read is untrue so I just laugh at it.”

“I think what’s funny is everyone saying that I’m trying to rush my wedding and that I’ve got Gordon Ramsay cooking. My cousin was like ‘oh my God are you having Gordon Ramsay?’ And I’m like WHAT? Where did you get that from?”

Perrie also thinks fans have certain misconceptions about her, the biggest one being the assumption that she’s tall. The pint sized singer told We Love Pop magazine:

“People think we’re taller than we are. They think we look really big on telly. They’re like ‘oh you’re actually really tiny in real life.’ And we’re like ‘Yeah…we’re called Little Mix!\'”

Perrie and Zayn are about to start their Christmas break and they’ll be all finished work for the year after Malik’s appearance on Saturday Night Live with Amy Adams this Saturday night.

The pain will have to make the most of their time together over the festive period, because next year is shaping up to be just as busy as 2014 and with One Direction’s second stadium world tour, along with the launch of Little Mix’s third studio album, we have no doubt that the stars will be spending less time together than they would like.
