One year since we found out Zerrie were engaged 💍🎉

It’s the upcoming wedding that everyone has been talking about. The wedding that’s rumoured to cost a whopping £1.2 million.

One Direction’s Zayn Malik got engaged to Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards in August 2013, and they’re finally set to tie the knot in 2015.

The pair haven’t revealed many details about their big day so far… because actually, they haven’t really planned much of it yet.

Due to their hectic schedules, the happy couple haven’t had much time to sit down and pick flowers and table decorations.

But, when they do get the chance to do that – Zayn has revealed that he’s leaving it all to Perrie anyway. Typical.

As far as wedding location is concerned, Perrie has previously hinted that she’d like to spend her big day on an exotic Caribbean beach.

She has her eye on Barbados and would like an Indian element to proceedings, in line with Zayn’s heritage.

Now, a luxury beach wedding is something we can definitely see happening, but nothing has been set in stone yet.

As well as this, Perrie has her eye on a Disney themed wedding – since they had such a good time at Disneyland Paris for Zayn’s 21st Birthday earlier this year.

She said: ‘I do love Disney so [a themed wedding] would be amazing. I’m a big child. We are both big kids!’

Seeing Minnie and Mickey on a beach in Barbados would certainly be something different.

And different is exactly what they’re going for, revealing that they’re going to have something ‘unconventional’.

This includes Zayn apparently going for five or six best men, and don’t even start us on the rumours that Perrie will have 27 bridesmaids.

Since the pair both have pretty extensive families, and an impressive list of A-list celeb mates, it’s no surprise that they’re expected to have around 500 guests at their wedding – and it might even top that!

Of course, the members of One Direction and Little Mix are expected to rock up to the event, and someone else hoping to swindle an invite is none other than Taylor Swift.

Apparently, the singer is planning to turn up and make her ex-boyfriend Harry Styles mega jealous as she flirts with all the guests right in front of him. Could get ugly.

What won’t be ugly though, is Perrie’s dress on the day – as we’re sure she’s going to look fabulous.

She’s previously revealed that she will be opting for a ‘vintage’ looking Vera Wang dress in keeping with her quirky style, and will be going au naturel with her makeup.

One thing is for sure, Zayn and Perrie are going to have the wedding of the year.
