i think they both can be extremely annoying @ times(more so Barney-b/c he's becoming,to me, redundant and unfunny.Ted is just naturally annoying.but i also think that they shouldnt be labled as 'the most annoying characters on tv'-i mean thats harsh;to pick them out of all the other characters and say that they are some of the most annoying out of everyone else,um i think not. but i also think that i/we as fans just have to face the fact that HIMYM just isnt/never will be as funny as it once was
