We thought the hiatus would be calm. We thought it might be relaxing. We imagined walking around the office with blissful smiles on our faces, secure in the knowledge that the next 18 months would be fairly drama free. 

Take this morning, for example - it\'s barely 7am over here in the UK, and not only has Louis Tomlinson shared the first pics of his baby son Freddie (great name, seeya Conchobar), but it\'s also being reported that Harry Styles has parted ways with Modest! Management. 

Stop cheering. No seriously just stop cheering for a second we\'ve got more to say. 

According to The Sun, Harry has ditched Modest and signed with his pal Jeff Azoff instead, the Jeff Azoff who also happens to be a top US agent. Handy.

This follows the news that he\'s also hired a PR agency to represent him as a solo human being, and sourcey types reckon Syco could be the next to see the back of his wonderfully shiny head. 

"Harry is done with One Direction. He wants to completely disassociate with the band and that includes any professional connection," a source told The Sun. 

"His new team will be about launching him as a solo superstar by around this time next year so the work is starting now."

Sourcey added: "Harry had a great time working with Modest and Syco. Of course, Cowell and Sony are very keen to sign Harry – there\'s a very close relationship between them through 1D and they know he\'s going to be a big star.

"But the feeling is that he probably wants a completely fresh start and that could include his record company as well.

"Universal and Warner are both likely to make big money bids too and he could end up signing one of the most lucrative record deals in recent history."

Apparently Harreh\'s still v much on board the hiatus train though - a while he IS widely expected to take on some solo projects during the break, isn\'t in any rush. 

"He still plans to take some time off before getting into work. It\'s possible his music might not come until next year,"​ said le source.
