A young child actress, aged 8 years old and has a whole mouth of teeth, and being served as live-action model of Penny from The Rescuers and Darla Dimple from Cats Don't Dance, is finally being modeled as the character of "Tinkler the Ballerina" from her self-titled franchise, a young girl who never speaks at all but communicates mostly through pantomime and vocal actions as well, just as when Tinkler the Ballerina is finally being created by Hallmark Animation and a new company-owned animator. A new Hallmark Channel, called "Hallmark Kids Channel" will be launched because all digital cable/satellite TV companies are expanding its channels each up to about 2,000. The following TV shows in animation are being produced by Hallmark Animation, Universal Television, and each independent animation production company; they are "Ghost Town Blues" (in the style of Rob Renzetti), Tinkler the Ballerina, "Gotcha Squawk the Parrot" (in the style of Craig McCracken), Kid Klown's Circus Spirit, etc. Posted over a year ago
