I think that now could be either Tiffany or Seohyun but I'm going to explain Tiffany.

When she started she was an horrible vocalist and she didn't even get lanes. But she improved really fast and now she's the 3rd vocalist. She can even hit high notes and she has a lot of lanes now. She's also got better in dancing, she's still bad, but much better than before. She's been hosting with Yuri a long time as MC, and she did it pretty well. She started her model career time ago and now is one of the best in SNSD. She's fluent in English and she often representes the group along with Sooyoung and Seohyun. She's got confidence over the years and I think that she improved the most after Sooyoung.

She wasn't horrible vocalist, what are you talking about....I loved her voice and it was good back then, too. Yes it's better now, but horrible vocalist, it's nonsense..

^ She got better fast, she was far better in Gee than ITNW. And yes, I think she was horrible for being a vocalist, she had a nice tone but her qualities wasn't nothing special.

anyway, Fany for sure. her vocals improved SO MUCH. she's also a better model now and even a better dancer (even though she's still bad as a dancer, lol)

Despite the fact that she had received treatment for her throat before, she is still improving greatly on her vocal skill. She have gotten better in dancing too, I barely saw her making any mistake nowadays. She is also doing a better job in hosting/mcing, she doesn't mispronounce words as much as before.
