Dmitiri is too savvy and she's too innocent and flighty for him. Peter Pan is close but I think she might actually like his boyish arrogance. she would LOVE John Smith though- dashing, cute, and can give her tons of human stuff.

I can't see these two together. Dimitri is a very manipulative guy. He would always like to be in control while Ariel is a free-spirited girl. She wouldn't want her life to be controlled again like her father did.
