I'm one of the people who grew up with the 2000s cartoon version of Clifford, but the 80s one was actually released as an educational series of video tapes in 1988 and the reboot one was actually released in 2019, not 2021, but the one from 2021 was actually the live-action film instead, so that does not count as a "cartoon".
