Nominated by fans? When was this? If I knew this I would've nominated some like Daria, Fiona, Jane(Return To Neverland), Eris, Vanessa, Melody, Eilonwy, Shanti, Penny(Bolt), Madellaine, Olga, Maria, and Tatiana. AW MAN! Anyway I love Cruella but she's absolutely hideous!

I think I might change my vote to Meg. I'm not sure both her and Cruella are ugly. Though Meg has beautiful eyes and Cruella has sort of that safisticated quality.
