Honestly, these two are basically tied with me, actually. I mean, Darryl was all cute and innocent in season 1, and I felt horrible for him when Andy died.

Then you have Victor, who was neutral with me season 1-5. I said "Eh. You're unfamiliar to me." Then I watched Hyde School Reunion. WHOA was Victor adorable in that episode... Well, OK, it wasn't really HIM who made him awesome, but that's beside the point. Then he sat well with me in season 8.

And now I'm wondering why I chose Darryl. Oh yeah, season 6 and 7. *hiss*
