I would have said Chojiro before his whole "I had a bankai, I totally had a bankai, and now you'll never see it!" thing. Don't have any love for Omaeda myself, but at least he's never done that.

Don't really like Omaeda that much, but I don't really mind him as a character, he just whines too much and its kind of annoying. He can be pretty cowardly sometimes, too.
