Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
Spring has sprung, and we’re ready to decorate everything with flowers and wear all the pastel colors! We found inspiration for today’s DIY project from one of our favorite springtime scenes from
: When Bambi and Flower meet and frolic through the wildflowers. What better way is there to bring that scene to life than with a simple, yet chic, DIY floral monogram letter!
To make your own floral monogram letters, you’ll need a wooden letter of your choice, faux flowers, a hot glue gun, and a pair of scissors—all of which you can find at your nearest art supply store.
Get started by cutting the blooms off their stems. Some silk flowers are easy to remove by simply pulling off the flower. Others may require scissors or wire cutters. After they’re separated, cut off the remaining green plastic stem so the base of the flower is flat.
Once your flowers are fully prepped, begin heating your hot glue gun. While you’re waiting for it to heat up, this is an opportunity to test out the placement of the flowers on your letter. Feel free to move them around until you find the perfect fit!
Now it’s time to do the real work. Place a dot of glue on the back of the flower, press onto the letter, and hold until the glue hardens. Repeat this step until your letter is fully covered in pretty flowers … and voilà!
We picture these letters being the perfect addition to a gallery wall or dresser decor, and we’re personally rocking ours in the office to brighten up our desks!
