I'm not sure why Ocean Productions is on this list simply because unlike the others they don't directly license anime but are a production company hired to do voice over work on cartoons and anime creative control belongs ultimately to the company that licensed the series whatever show or shows you've got a problem with I can probably tell you where to place your blame as a fan of many ocean dubs.
