**Reed comes near Yusuke and put a hand on his shoulder**
Reed- *As calm as ever* Let's go Yu.

Ayano looks at the ground still pissed as ever

(Hi guys I'm back, sorry but I was on break all week but I had homework throughout and this week is back to school so yeah...)

Yusuke: *He looked at Reed placing his hand on Reed's with a smile* You're a good friend when it comes down to it. Thank you. *He nodded and walked out with them* Oh, by the way Reed, Next weekend you should come over to my house, my mom keeps wondering when you're gonna show up next, Haruka too. Although Haruka pretty much lives at my house at this point. Seriously, she's taking way too much of an advantage being a childhood friend of mine and my neighbor... *He groaned* But I guess it's alright, makes her happy so I can't argue... Seriously, I get way too sentimental when it comes to my friends and it's all your fault ya big idiot. Take responsibility and carry half the burden of Haruka's persistance will you?

**Few girls from middle school approaches in front of Yusuke & Reed**
1st girl- *Yelled* OMG!! Its Reed Arnold and Yusuke Shinozaki from Student council.

**Other girls yelled and started to chatter**
Reed- Not now again!!
1st girl- Reed can I have a selfie with you?

**Few girls also comes closer to Reed and another few goes for Yusuke**
2nd girl in Reed's group- *Claps* yea we need it for our magazine?
Reed- *Frowns* Magazine? Since when middle school students are posting magazine?
*Looks at helpless Yusuke who was surrounded by girls* Gosh! Poor Yu.
*To girls* So who's your magazine club president?

3rd girl- Umm... Do we need president?
Reed- *Smirks* Of course besides you guys need Headmaster's approval which only could be done by council specially me and Yu. So where is it?
*To Yusuke* Yu!! Yu!!

Shizuka- Whats taking so long for them? Are they fighting? *Asking Ayano*

Ayano looks back in and stare at them glaring at the girls around Reed

((Sorry guys, I was really busy from homework and after-school activities! XP))

Kayano: Ugh, they're just some typical popular players.. Can't wait until I actually find a guy who's nice in this city!

Yusuke: *He shrunk back, his social anxiety kicking in, he looked down and became fidgety and shy* Reed... *He knelt down with his head on his knees and his hands on his head as if to protect himself* Help me... *He was trembling*

**Reed looks at Yusuke's misery**
Reed- *Excuses* Excuse me girls!

**Reed pushes the girls away gently to make his way towards Yusuke's group**
Reed- *Bending down* You okay Yu? *Smirks*

**Girls became silent. Looking at them with an awe**
Reed- *Whispers* Yu I guess probably they're thinking we're gay so get a grip and stand up. I will get you outta here ok?
*To girls* Wow! Seems like you people are putting my friend in a misery. Please all of you step aside and let him go I'll talk with you.
One girl- But we wanna talk with him. *Others yelled*
Reed- *In an authoritative voice with a cold stare* Sorry, am I not making myself clear? I am saying let him go.
1st Girl- *Scared a bit* O-okay.
*To Yusuke* Sorry Senpai. We meant no harm.

**Reed gives Yusuke his car key**
Reed- Yu go. Shizuka and Ayano is waiting. I will meet you in school. Okay?

Ayano still having that pissed face of hers, still slightly glaring at the girls somehow

(( Try to make up with us. XP!! I mean try to have friendship with Reed Yusuke Ayano Shizuka. So support Reed and Yusuke now. Probably its the best way to start))

Yusuke: *He only nodded, he didn't bother trying to clear up the misunderstanding, he smiled slightly at the girl who apologized and he gently pet her head as if to thank her for apologizing and that he had forgiven her, he turned and walked to the car slowly and got in, putting the key in the ignition, he sighed* Damn... Of all times... *He groaned and leaned against the steering wheel, sulking slightly* Jeez, that was embarrassing.

Reed- *Clears his throat* Again I'm saying to all you girls you people are not allowed to publish any magazine is that clear? Or not?
1st Girl- But....
Reed- No "Buts" and no excuses, You're small enough to get yourselves involved in these things. Now go to school.

**The girls leave the cafe chattering**
Reed- *Sighs* Man! That was a mess. Hope Yu took the girls at school.
*Looking at his clock* Its almost 5:30. Have to go otherwise I'll be late for the gamble.

**Reed goes out of the cafe and took the road which goes towards school**

Yusuke: *He parked in the school parking lot* Okay Reed told me to bring you two here. Let's go to the Student Council room he can find us there. *He got out of the car and locked it once the girls were out, he put the keys in his pocket and stuffed his hands in his pockets* C'mon, Reed's probably on his way already. We need to finish up business before we're late.

Ayano said nothing still silent, but not pissed,

Yusuke: *He looked at Ayano* Feeling better? *He smiled warmly at her, he pet her head like Reed did* See? Reed's on your side, he'd never side with anyone but you. He'd probably choose you over even me, he cares about you a lot, it's cause you've been so good to him all these years.

Ayano whacks his hand away, "don't pat me..."Ayano said in a rough pissed tone

**Reed appears behind Ayano without making any sound**
Reed- *Smirks* Hmm its not good Ayano-chan to push away Yu's hand like this. Why always in pissed-off mood? At least smile a bit.
*To Yusuke* Right Yu?

Shizuka- Okay guys I am going. See you tomorrow.
**Shizuka leaves for her home**

Ayano looks at Reed a bit calm but yet pissed,"shuuut uppp"Ayano said but as well she was blushing

Yusuke: *Taking his hand back and leaning it on his waist, He chuckles looking at Reed and Ayano before turning to Shizuka and smiling and waving to her* Sure thing, we'll see you later, Shizuka-san! *He turned back to the others* Well, what now?

Ayano had done no emotion nor no action

Reed- *Shrugs* What else! Let's go home. Its almost 6:10. We've to go there before 9 so better we both meet at 8 okay? I will go in your house Yu hope your nii-san will bake a cookie for me. *Smirks*
*To Ayano* So Ayano-chan? you wanna go home with us or without us?

Ayano mutters, " I just want to say with you both.." Ayano muttered quietly, but she could be heard

Yusuke: *Completely ignoring Reed and his comment, although he was somewhat surprised at her comment* Huh? Oh, if that's all I'm sure Reed wouldn't mind, I don't.

**Reed is shocked and surprised but somehow he stays impassive**
Reed- *In a cold tone* No. I won't allow her there. Its not a good place for a naive girl like her. I am surprised Yu how could you ask me that. You should apply your sense so my answer is NO.
*To Ayano* Is that clear Ayano-chan? No matter if you hate me for it still I am not gonna take you there but if you want Yu with you then fine. I will go alone. Now two of you please decide and let me know. Its already late so do fast whatever you two wanna do.

"Reed, is this at all your choice? no, it's not, so, I'm coming, like it or not.."Ayano said

Reed- *Grabs Ayano with her shoulder* Don't you understand my words? I won't allow you. Won't. Is that clear? If you're trying to disobey me then maybe I will have no choice but to push you away. Mark my words if you come with us for the rest of my life you won't be able to see my face.

Ayano kicks him in da nutz, just cause she pissed, "now, learn to shut the fuck up idiot"Ayano said in a really pissed tone

Yusuke: *Still calm he catches Ayano's leg before it makes contact and he clucks his tongue shaking his head, he took Reeds hand from Ayano's shoulder* Reed, what do you take me for? I'm not an idiot my friend, you ought to know that. I never said we'd take her IN the casino, I only said she'd come along with us. And who said that this was ALL his choice eh? *He looked over at Ayano, releasing their limbs and making sure they couldn't touch each other* I didn't say that this doesn't make me uncomfortable did I? I only said I wouldn't pay any mind to it. Bringing Ayano-san makes me fear for her safety undoubtedly. But isn't that what we're for? To protect her? Aren't I right, Reed? *He looked over at him, placing a hand on his shoulder and making eye contact with him, with a kind of reassurance that didn't need to be said*

**Reed looks at Yusuke for a while then turned away his head**
Reed- You don't need to hold my hand Yu. Whatever she is gonna do kicking, slapping or anything I am not gonna touch her.
*To Ayano* You really know how to push away people who cares for you. Sorry but from tomorrow you'll see the new "me". The "me" whom you have never seen but the others students have seen. And yes it is the end of our friendship. From tomorrow you'll be nothing to me but just like other girls. Bye!
*To Yusuke* Walk her to her home then meet with me in the village field, yes the abandoned one.

**Reed gives a sharp look at Ayano before he leaves**

"...* mutters * fuck you.."Ayano said before she walked off without Yusuke clearly pissed, more pissed then she usually is

Yusuke: *He sighed worriedly* This is falling apart quickly... *He looked down and ran after Ayano, when he caught up he didn't say a word to her as he walked with her*

Ayano stopped walking and glared at Yusuke, "fuck off...AND FUCK OFF NOW!"Ayano screamed at Yusuke

Yusuke: *He bonked Ayano on the forehead and hugged her* I'm not gonna abandon you, you're my friend. How could I just up and leave you.? *He let go of her and smiled* Got it?

"why would you bother to count me as a friend..."Ayano asked Yusuke

**Reed watching Yusuke and Ayano from the behind of tree and smirks**
Reed- *Whispers* Plan working! Go on Yu. *Smiles*
What do you think? They will end up together right? *To an unknown person*

**Reed smiles sadly at the unknown person whose shadows looks like a female. Reed starts to walk towards his house**

Ayano sighs, "...I don't get why...honestly..I shouldn't at all be no ones friend..I'm a complete bitch..even though I cared for Reed more then anything...he would hate me by now.."Ayano said looking down

Yusuke: Haha! *He laughed* Oh my god! You've got NO idea how bad Reed can be and that guy's my best friend! He's an idiot but he only ever means good for you. Trust me, despite what he said there's no doubt in my mind that he'll worry sick about you, you're friends and always will be in his mind, he's really a big softy. *He chuckled and pet her head* So don't worry about it. Let's just get you home. Kay? *He smiled*

**Reed suddenly changed the walking route and goes for the abandoned field. The shadow is following him**

Shadow- *Pale female hushing voice* You should be careful when you're around human beings. Don't talk with me while you're near your friends.
Reed- *Shaking his head* They were away when I talked with you.
Shadow- Still you should be careful. But why you're going there? If someone sees you they will suspect you as the rumour "killer of the field".
Reed- *Sighs* Do you really think I care for it? I am going cause I have a game today and I wanna see her.
Shadow- But-....
Reed- No buts. Stay here I will be back.

**Reed enters the building of the abandoned field which is also called "Mysterious Mansion" by local people**

Yusuke: *After he dropped Ayano off he walked back towards the town, it was already nearing 8:30* Hmm... I wonder if it would be good at all if I showed up without Reed, probably not... *He looked at his phone and saw that it had 22 new messages* She never gives up... She ought to know I'm retired already. *He sighed and cleared the messages as he walked*

**Reed comes out of the building**
Reed- *Shouts* Are you here? I can't feel you.
*To himself* Seems like she's gone. I've to go also otherwise I gonna be late.
**Takes his phone out and dialled Yusuke's number while walking towards his home**

Reed- *Over phone* Yu. Hope you're ready. Meet me in my house at 8.45 sharp okay? *Left a voice mail*

Yusuke: *Almost a minute after Reed sent his voice mail he received a message from Yusuke that read*

Message: Already here, just waiting on you man. Also, if you pass by a convenience store can you get me a coffee and a chilled green tea? I'll pay you back as soon as you get here.

Yusuke: *He slipped his phone into his pocket leaning on the wall next to the gate that led into Reed's house*

**Reed reads the message from Yusuke**
Reed- *Annoyed* Always money! why Yu! Do I ever tell you to pay me. Fine.

**Reed goes to the store and bought coffee and chilled green tea for Yusuke**
Reed- *Handing the stuffs to Yusuke* Seriously! Why always mentioning the money thing? I really don't like it and you know I can afford you to buy this right? *Pissed*

Yusuke: I know but you know how much I hate owing debts, no matter how small. I always pay them back when I can. *He shrugged taking the drinks* You need to calm down. Ayano-san did calm down a bit herself during our walk. Anyway, wanna get going? If we don't we'll be late. *He stood up, the bag around his wrist and his hands in his pockets*

Reed- *Annoyed a bit* Stop talking about her. She's a silly girl.
*Smirks* But yea I gotta admit you and her make a nice couple Yu. *Winks*

Yusuke: Yet she's already in love with YOU! For a long while too! *He smirked back knowing he'd already won the argument, he had a smug and confident stance with his elbows shrugged* Now I won't bother asking what you were doing that took so long but we can't afford any more delays. We've less than forty minutes to get to the casino. And I reckon that the guys won't be too happy if they're forced to start later than they wanted. And if it does get down to that wire then I'd rather it NOT get ugly in there. When it's the two of us together, I worry for our opponents sake rather than ours.

Bio: As a child he was separated from his parents during a panic at a site of a terrorist attack and the stampede of people not only trampled him leaving him in the hospital for more than two months but had actually proved fatal for both his parents, he was taken in by his aunt and uncle but actually lived on his own in his parents old home rather than at his aunt and uncles shrine. He developed a type of Agoraphobia, less about open spaces but more of large Crowds of people and because of that really only ever went out at night or when the town wasn't at it's busiest. Other than that he rarely left his house, after a few years alone he was able to overcome it just a little while he still felt anxious he can handle it without freaking out. He was home schooled by a tutor that his aunt and uncle hired because of his fear and resulting inability to attend a public school. And although his tutor wasn't exactly the best he grew smarter than most through rigorous self-study. He wasn't very strong physically but he has a great reaction time due to years of video game play practice and he's fairly fast since he runs a 10km path every day before his lessons.

Other: He is self taught in Kendo and Jujitsu. He's about the equivalent of a third degree black belt in each but is rather worthless at most other martial arts. he can cook just about anything if he has the ingredients but is still flexible and doesn't always need all the ingredients since he's learned to improvise through his years of practice.
