Tang Anqi Severely Burned in Cafe Accident

SNH48 Team NII member Tang Anqi (唐安琪) had a terrible accident on in 1 March 2016, she got caught in fire while she was dining in a cafe in Shanghai, now she is having treatment in hospital.

I don't like the fact you used the word severely in the title!

Please pray for her... Wish that she will heal after the treatment.

I may not understand their official post (also can't access it? Is it offline?), but that little candle on fire at the end seems EXTREMELY inappropriate...

I read somewhere that she burned herself with a lighter on purpose after arguing with her friend. The cafe owner and staffs said she and her friend didn't smoke and didn't order anything that would need a lighter plus they sat on second floor at the corner where there's no cctv installed.

From the rumors, she got from "many burns in parts of the body" to "doused in flames, with at least 80% of the body on 3rd degree burns".

So... internet. But how one gets burned so much with a small lighter?

It could be those cheap Chinese made disposable lighters. Once, I accidentally drop one on a hard concrete and it explored like a fire cracker.

Someone at Twitter also wrote (unconfirmed but waccompanied with photos) that she lost a huge amount of blood and that SNH48 staff members and fans donated blood for her at the hospital.

A terrible tragedy, I hope she gets well soon.

I read she needs blood type a to survive :/ So it's really bad

Sadly it seems she is really ill at present and needs blood transfusions. Warning some of the pictures are truly awful.

It seems it was the result of an argument with a friend and was to some extent self inflicted.
