I love this spot and I always add new stuff here. But the problem is that just a few people rate it. I like to know when people like the stuff I add and the best way to know that is see the rate. I know that's not about Friends, but I think it's good to the spot.
Some reasons about why you should rate:
Reason 1 ~> When you submit a content you like when that is viewd and appreciated by other fans, specially when these are fans of Friends, a TV show that you like/love. That makes you feel like you’ve done your part in the Friends spot;
Reason 2 ~>Rate everything you see takes no more then five seconds and it doesn’t hurt. And the most important thing, it helps make the Friends spot better: it encourages new users and old users to contribute, shows users that the content they have submitted is good and, in case of bad ratings, what the user needs to improve in the future (credit, right placing, good tagging, etc);
Reason 3 ~> Rating shows you care about others, about content, about the Friends spot because it shows you have recognize the work others have put into show everyone that they love Friends
Reason 4 ~> The medals. Getting medals is a recognition of the work, time and effort you have put into Friends spot. If everyone rates fairly and objectavely, people who truly deserve will get medals.

although i am a firm believer in rating everything you see i actually think the friends spot does quite well for ratings, in some spots you can get up to a hundred views and months later it will still not be rated
or there's a nasty little troll in the buffy spot rating everyone thing one at the moment (grr to them)
however if there's any content of yours in the friends spot that has not been rated and it's been there over a month do report it to the vrsof(volentary rating sqaud of fanpop)
anyways you definitely do add quality content though so you have inspired me to go on a mini rating spree (just a mini one though then i have to get back to revising) :D

if you had rephrased it more to link more to the friends spot e.g.
Reason #1: all fans love to have their content viewed and appreciated ways to show this is to rate and leave brilliant comments and seeing as though were all friends fans that make us automatically cool and able to leave cool comments
Reason #2: Rating plays a huge role in making spots full spots and ranking them high in the fanpop system, so lets get friends to the number one spot and persuade even more fans that it's a awesome show
Reason #3: rating show users what you like and what you don't so they know more of what to add and what not to (good stuff=image credit and keywords) and it only takes 5 seconds you can even rate stuff while watching you fave episode that are uploaded on fanpop

i really don't want to sound like i'm having a go, it's just if you go to a spot that has no soapboxes it says something like "be the first to have your say and write a original soapbox"
so i just thought i'd tell you as i didn't know this either until cinders (a fellow fan) told me
