That was the question Jesus asked the women at the well, as you read in John 4:7. Why would Jesus need man to do him a favor in the first place? Is He not the Almighty God who can do whatever He wants? So why would He need to ask a foreign women to give Him some water? Why would He ask you for a favor today?
You can respond like so many others do and say 'just leave me alone, I don't need you' and he probably would. You look at him just like one of these annoying insurance sales men that really don't want to leave you alone until they got you to either buy something from them or...
