I know, I remember the story........ Zuko spoke out of turn in the Fire Lord's war room (I was really into that episode and I was really paying attention) so him and the general he disrespected had to Agneki, and instead of fighting the general, Zuko turned to see his father. He would not fight his father. So his father wanted him to learn respect, and then he gave Zuko that scare...... SORRY I DID NOT MEAN FOR THIS TO BE THIS LONG!!!! posted over a year ago.

	paintbrush12 picked no: Anyone would look better WITHOUT a scar, but this is important to the story and to the character. Once you get to know a person, the scar, or anything else about their appearance is no longer an issue. He was a beautiful child once, but the Firelord changed that. and for a while, it made Zuko a bitter and angry person, and coupled with the scar, this made him an "ugly" person-the villain of the story at first, but as we got to know him more, see his conflicts, his struggle, and in the end, his resolve to make things right, we see past the scar and find him endearing. posted over a year ago.
